You will find your itinerary and e-ticket attached. This is all that you will receive from us and all you need for your trip. Please print-out the attached itinerary and e-ticket number and bring to the airport along with the necessary identification documents.

Dear Passenger
Airline delays do occur! Sometime they are a result of mechanical failure or scheduling conflicts the airline is experiencing. These delays are the carriers’ responsibility. Other times the delays are caused due to weather or other acts of nature. These delays are not the responsibility of the carriers. In either case it is possible to miss your connecting flight. In no case are Airline delays the fault of "MediteraN TraveL".

"MediteraN TraveL" always books flights that meet or exceed the minimum specified connecting time. This document attempts to provide you with a better understanding of your rights and responsibilities, and more importantly the actions you should take.

If your flight is delayed you need to immediately check your itinerary to see if you will make your connecting flight. If you feel that there is a possibility that you will miss your next flight, inform the flight attendant onboard the aircraft and/or the ticket agent at the airport that you have a connecting flight. If you will not be able to make your connection, kindly ask the agent to rebook on a different flight and/or airline so that you may make your connection. If it is the carriers fault that you are delayed (and not an act of nature), you must insist that they rebook you.
If there are no alternative flights, verify with them that the airline which is delayed will pay for your hotel room in your connecting city. Sometimes it is worth while postponing your trip for one day in order to It may be to your best advantage to allow one extra day in travel, to avoid the misconnection and the associated hassles. Airlines are changing their maximum baggage allowances. Most have reduced their maximum allowance to two pieces 50 lbs each. Furthermore they have started charging fees for some or all bags checked. Please check with your carrier on what the maximum is to avoid any complications at the airport.

Please be advised that appropriate documentation is required when flying. For domestic flights you will need a valid driver’s license or passport. For international travel a passport and valid visas may be required. Sometimes a visa is required even when transiting (I think you should use transferring) through another country. It is your responsibility to have the proper documents and visas. Please check with the consulate of the country you are visiting to be sure of any and all requirements.

Please be advised that from time to time airline schedules change and flight times are altered or even cancelled. While these are rare occurrences, they do happen, that is why we request that you reconfirm your flights 36 to 72 hours before your scheduled departure.

In the event there are significant changes to your flight schedule, it is the airlines responsibility to accommodate you per their policy. Some airlines may rebook you on a different flight. Alternately they might bus you to the nearest city with an available flight. The same procedures apply in the event of suspension of flights due to government decree (sanctions).  In this case, please contact the airline or the nearest office of MediteraN TraveL. Keep in mind that "MediteraN TraveL" does not change flight schedules or cancel flights. Once you have purchased your ticket the airline is the only one that can authorize changes to your schedule. Under no circumstances will "MediteraN TraveL" be held responsible for changes in airline schedules. We will work with you to find the best solution possible.
